    Creating Your Narrative For Success!

    What does it take the reach the senior most positions in your organization or to start your own business?   If you’re interested in learning more about how to actually do it, join us at the SISO Women’s Executive Forum and hear from experts and each other.

    We’ve structured the full morning’s sessions to build on what we see as a “narrative for success.”  It begins by examining what it means to be bold in managing your career and gives you concrete tools and techniques to create your own plan.  We then explore one of those ways further, namely how to identify, find and leverage a strong mentor relationship.  We will talk frankly about what it takes to either reach and/or thrive in the senior most positions in your organizations and how to have a real impact in those roles.  We will also explore what it takes to start your own business so that you can decide what you want to work towards either now or in the future.

    And finally, we will discuss how to get there, especially as more organizations flatten their structure and the climate for new business remains challenging.

    We will leave plenty of time for networking so you can get to know each other better and build even more support around you.
