  1. SISO Women's Leadership Forum - Managing Your Career: Deliberate Intention, Deliberate Action
Pennsylvania Convention Center - Room 119AB

Learn how being bold in the workplace requires you to first find your voice in terms of knowing and articulating what you want for your career, then finding and effectively working with mentors and sponsors to advance it.

We’ve structured the morning’s sessions to first spend time focusing on you, what you want, and how to have the courage to take the steps every day to fulfill your career potential and desire.  Start to appreciate and master how to make the politics inherent in any workplace, work for you.   Come prepared to share your experiences, learn from others and leave the session with a plan of action.

We will then hear from a diverse panel of women in our industry who are not only portfolio leaders but leaders in traditionally male occupied roles.  Hear their experiences as they have come up the ladder and continue to climb.

We will leave plenty of time for networking during lunch so you can get to know each other better and build even more support around you.
