A Letter from the CEO

A Letter from the CEO

Well, we waited until the last week to eclipse last year's attendance numbers, but we did!

Interestingly, more companies are represented this year than last.

Seattle has been a terrific host in helping with the planning process and I anticipate a great few days.

I think the content program gives those in attendance a lot of immediately actionable items as well as some that will benefit in planning for 2027 and beyond.

We’ve been making good progress across all our initiatives, and I think you’ll see that demonstrated in both the media and across social over the next couple of months.  One that I’m particularly excited about is an initiative called the “Future of Live,” which I will share more details from the podium on Thursday.

We’ve also started a soft launch of a membership drive of sorts.  Greg Hitchen was the first to post to social, followed quickly by  Jill Kivett

We’ll be looking to leverage our existing members and sponsors to help build the member base.  This will further enhance the value of the Exchanges, particularly, I think.

Normally we turn our eyes to the CEO Summit immediately after the Leadership Conference, but this year incoming chair Heather C Farley is already moving down the path in conference development, and honestly it looks fabulous.  More on that in future messaging.

Looking forward to seeing a good number of you this coming week as well as at several other meetings this fall.

Bye for now,
Vinnie
