The Social Inclusion & Business Impact Special Interest Group (SIG) is grounded in two core pillars: advancing inclusive practices within the SISO community and supporting our customers in creating more equitable, impactful event experiences. This work is driven by education, meaningful dialogue, and collaboration with aligned organizations. It also includes research and data that inform new approaches and support the industry’s continued success.

The SIG equips our industry with tools and programming that drive both inclusion and business growth—helping event organizers better understand and serve diverse audiences while enhancing event value, impact, and long-term commercial success.
