Moving Forward Updates

We've said it before, some days (weeks or months), it's a few steps ahead and another couple back. The process continues, but we continue to see positive improvements, like those from Fern, continued growth, and commitment to GBAC STAR accreditation and industry advocacy efforts. And, while restrictions are still in place both in the US and throughout the world, we are able to see marked improvement in some areas and celebrate steps in the right direction.

Coalition Updates

Go LIVE Together

Did you see Go LIVE Together's cover feature on Trade Show Executive magazine?
We are certainly an industry united.

Congress has returned to session recently, and Go LIVE Together will continue to advocate for the support of our industry and live events.

GLT's latest video highlights the fact that small businesses rely on trade show events to launch new products. In this installment, you'll hear from Upcart's team on how attending the National Hardware Show was integral in a successful launch of the product and next steps. Share this video, and other Go LIVE Together videos with your network. And if you have a story to share, or know someone who does, Go LIVE Together wants to hear it! Email stories@golivetogether.com with details.

Resources are available via the Go LIVE Together coalition toolkit.

Let's Go There

The Let's Go There coalition, focused on rebuilding the travel industry, has launched its multi-channel campaign. Not since 9/11 has such a kick-start on travel been rolled out! The Coalition, with 75 companies, and counting, will entice Americans to get travel on the books - something that research shows brings people happiness and provides a bit of control when so much is outside of our control right now. Read about the debut of its commercial and more, here
