Heather was named CEO in 2023 after approximately 30 years with the company in a variety of leadership roles. Most recently for nine years as AI’s Chief Operating Officer, where she led the integration of many successful acquisitions, including TradeFair Group, Red7 Media and Ad Exchanger. She navigated the company’s operating groups through the pandemic-related downturn to substantial financial success. 

Heather works closely with division leaders to identify, acquire and integrate synergistic businesses as well as create strong organic growth through new product launches. As CEO, Heather ensures that the vision and mission of AI’s core strategic initiatives are successfully executed across all business efforts.

Heather’s expertise in both direct marketing and paid content have been instrumental in the company’s dynamic transition from a traditional b2b media provider to an integrated global media platform company comprised primarily of face-to-face events and online members-based communities.

Heather is a recognized leader in the b2b community and has served on the boards of SIPA (Specialized Information Publishers Association), SIIA (Software & Information Industries Association), currently serves on the board of SISO (Society of Independent Show Organizers) and chaired SISO’s Events Sustainability Committee.
