Mary Beth Rebedeau

President, The Rebedeau Group
Mary Beth Rebedeau, President of The Rebedeau Group, is a 30+ year veteran of the conference and exposition industry, and has worked in all aspects of event management, from sales and marketing, to operations and logistics, as well as strategic development. An active contributor to the industry, Mary Beth was a volunteer Chairman of SISO, SISO's first Education VP, and Executive Director for 9 years. She has spoken at many industry conferences, including SISO, CEFCO, IAEE's Expo!Expo!, and ASAE, and has contributed articles to Tradeshow Executive Magazine, Expo Magazine, and Convene, among others. She has guest lectured about the industry at DePaul University's graduate school and Roosevelt University's Exposition Management degree program, and served on the Customer Advisory Committees of the Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau and L.A. Inc., and on the CEIR Industry Advisory Committee. Mary Beth was twice recognized in Trade Show Week as one of the Top 100 women in the trade show industry. She is having fun in new part time career – modeling and acting – and can be seen from time to time in print ads and commercials. In her spare time, she is an Illinois Master Gardener and she volunteers at Chicago’s beautiful Lurie Garden in Millennium Park. Mary Beth and her husband, Mark Warden, live in the historic Beverly Hills area of Chicago and, when the snow flies, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
