PARKING
SISO guests will receive a 50% discount on self-parking for attendees staying overnight at the hotel. Omni Oklahoma City offers overnight valet parking at $34/day plus tax, hourly valet parking starts at $15 plus tax from arrival up to four (4) hours and $25 plus tax from four (4) hours up to eight (8) hours.

Prior to check-in time, Event attendees and guests will have priority on clean, prepared rooms, as they become available. The Hotel shall arrange to check baggage on a complimentary basis for guests arriving before check-in for whom rooms are not available, and for guests attending functions on their day of departure.

SISO guests who book in the SISO block will receive complimentary in-room Wi-Fi. There is also complimentary wireless Wi-Fi in the lobby and public areas.

All Event hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a first-night room and tax deposit payment, 

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY

Attendees can change their check-out date at check-in without incurring the early departure fee.  If you change your check-out date after your initial check-in to the hotel you will be charged an early departure fee of $50.00.

NO SHOW FEE

If a guest does not show up on the scheduled day of arrival prior or midnight, a charge for the first night’s room rate and tax will be charged.

GOOD NIGHT’S REST POLICY

To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, the hotel enforces a Good Night’s Rest Policy in our guest rooms. Only registered guests are permitted to enter guest room elevators or guest rooms after 10:00 p.m. All guests must be registered at check-in. If a disturbance is created as a result of a party or noise from a guest room, all guests in the room will be asked to leave the hotel without a refund. These guidelines are in place to ensure every guest enjoys a peaceful and pleasant stay in our hotel. 

POOL

The pool is reserved primarily for the use of registered hotel guests. The following items / actions are not permitted on the premises: outside food and / or beverages, outside coolers, glassware of any kind, flotation devices, outside speakers or sound devices, smoking and / or vaping. Lounge chairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and guests must be always present to secure seats. Pool Cabanas are available to rent in advance, hotel guests can book here, Overnight Guest Cabana Rental. A limited amount of Cabana and pool passes are available to non-overnight hotel guests and can be purchased at Day Guest Cabana and Pool Passes. Please be advised that there will be no lifeguard on duty at the pool. In the case of inclement weather, the opening and closing of the pool facilities will be determined by the Omni Oklahoma City Loss Prevention Team. The Catbird Seat Pool Bar and Kitchen is open daily from 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Please note that culinary service ends at 7:00 p.m. Our heated pool and hot tub is open daily from 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. and guests can order food and beverage from the Tap House Menu for delivery to the pool via a QR code and their phone.
