Danielle Antes

Director, Talent Acquisition, Emerald

Danielle Antes is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Emerald. Armed with over a decade of experience in Talent Acquisition, degrees in Applied Psychology, and a desire to reinvigorate the selection process, Danielle has focused her career on creating and executing authentic, objective, and meaningful recruiting experiences for both candidates and employers. Her past roles have included recruiting and Human Resources management positions across consulting, media, and staffing. Danielle holds a BA in Psychology and Business from Lehigh University, as well as a MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University. She currently lives in New Jersey with her husband, two kids, and rescue dog.
