Adam started in M&A advisory thirty years ago. He spent 10 years in investment banking doing mid market buy- and sell-side roles, before moving into Private Equity. In PE he has worked on a full range of deals, from early growth stage, through mid-market buy and builds, up to the £1.9b acquisition of Holland & Barrett. Adam came back into advisory in 2023 and has also served on the boards of several tech startups, helping them raise capital and exit.
