Eman Pulis is the founder of SiGMA Group and a leading entrepreneur in the global gaming and emerging‑tech sectors. What began as a small startup launched from his bedroom has grown into an international powerhouse spanning gaming, blockchain, med‑tech, and affiliation. After establishing SiGMA as a premier global event, Pulis expanded his vision with the launch of AIBC in 2018, debuting Malta’s pioneering DLT legislation at a pivotal moment for blockchain.

AIBC quickly rose to global prominence, including a standout launch in Dubai in 2021 that drew strong UAE government support and more than 4,000 attendees. Pulis’s approach is driven by relentless curiosity and a belief in cross‑pollination—uniting diverse industries to unlock new opportunities. This philosophy helped shape Malta Week, a four‑show festival featuring SiGMA, AIBC, Affiliate Grand Slam (AGS), and Med‑Tech World, along with major international supershows.

To support emerging founders, Pulis launched the SiGMA Fund and Accelerator, bringing together leading advisors, investors, and startups under one roof. In 2021, he expanded his commitment to global empowerment by creating SiGMA College, an accredited eLearning platform offering free courses in gaming, blockchain, and emerging tech.

Continuing to champion frontier innovation, Pulis founded Ikigai Ventures, a €20M Luxembourg‑based seed fund focused on gaming, esports, blockchain, fintech, and AI. Pulis holds multiple degrees in Education and Diplomatic Studies and resides in Malta with his wife and two daughters.
