Katy Rose is MD & Chief Revenue Officer of Exile Group, a global events and Intelligence business serving the international export, project, and development finance markets.

Since co-founding Exile in 2013, Katy has played a central role in scaling the business from a self-funded start-up into a diversified AI-focused platform, overseeing commercial strategy across events, subscriptions, and memberships. 

In 2025, Exile Group secured a minority growth investment from Bridgepoint Growth, marking a significant milestone in the company’s next phase of expansion.
