Alice Deer, CTSM, is an accomplished marketing leader with a strong track record of driving impact across multiple functions at Genesys, including business development, data analysis, and field marketing. In her current role as Director of Global Strategic Events, Alice leads a high-performing team responsible for demand generation through global third-party events, the flagship industry conference Xperience, and the Xperience on Tour series.

She also serves as the strategic lead for overall event experience and content program management across the Genesys event portfolio, ensuring cohesive, audience-driven engagement at every touchpoint.

Alice holds the Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) designation through EXHIBITOR Online and the Northern Illinois University Outreach Program. She has also served on advisory boards for several leading customer experience organizations. Alice earned her Bachelor of Science in Sports Marketing, with a minor in Event Management, from Indiana University.
