Angela Scalpello is an executive coach to leaders and their teams, helping them deliver on their strategic and personal objectives. She has helped CEOs transform their companies; worked with teams to transform them into “high-performing” teams and consulted on building robust talent pipelines.
Angela was Senior Vice President of Organizational and Leadership Development for UBM, now part of Informa, one of the world’s largest global event organizers. She has held senior Human Resources positions for companies such as The Economist, PR Newswire and UBM Tech (UBM plc companies), Ogilvy Public Relations and Ogilvy Advertising. She has developed and facilitated leadership training sessions worldwide on topics such as leadership, employee engagement, organizational culture, Emotional IQ, and developing female leaders.
Angela is certified in the Four Rooms of Change methodology, which enables individuals and organizations to move through the stages of change successfully. Angela is certified in Conversational IQâ, which helps individuals and teams create trusting relationships and cultures that unlock co-creation, innovation, and transformation.
Angela is the Chair of the Advisory Board of the Institute for Women’s Leadership (“IWL”) at Rutgers University.
