Jennifer LeMaster is a nationally respected convention, sports, and entertainment executive with more than 25 years of experience leading major public venues and destination assets. As President and CEO of Seattle Convention Center, she is focused on ensuring the Center remains one of North America’s most competitive, customer-centered, and forward-looking convention destinations.

Since joining Seattle Convention Center, LeMaster has advanced a comprehensive agenda centered on organizational performance, sales and marketing optimization, campus connectivity, public safety, and the guest experience. Her work includes strengthening the Center’s partnership with Visit Seattle, creating new revenue and event opportunities, and reimagining how the convention campus can better connect customers and attendees with Seattle’s neighborhoods, businesses, and cultural experiences.

Previously, as Chief Administrative Officer of the Georgia World Congress Center Authority, LeMaster helped lead the transformation of a 220-acre campus encompassing convention, sports, hospitality, entertainment, and public gathering spaces. Her work included the development of Mercedes-Benz Stadium, expansion of the Georgia World Congress Center, strategic activation of Centennial Olympic Park, and development of the publicly owned, publicly managed Signia by Hilton Atlanta convention headquarters hotel. Earlier in her career, she led brand and revenue-generating initiatives within the University of Kentucky’s collegiate athletics portfolio.

Throughout her career, LeMaster has brought together venue operators, event organizers, hospitality partners, civic leaders, and surrounding communities to create destinations where events can grow and attendees feel genuinely connected to place. She is a passionate advocate for the power of live events to generate economic opportunity, strengthen communities, and bring people and ideas together.
