Lisa Werner is a senior emergency management and resilience professional with more than 25 years of experience supporting government agencies, private-sector organizations, and large-scale event operators in strengthening preparedness, response coordination, and operational resilience. Her expertise focuses on developing scalable all-hazards incident management systems, enhancing emergency operations capabilities, and helping organizations navigate complex operational challenges in high-risk environments. Ms. Werner has supported operational planning for numerous high-profile events including presidential visits, the Army-Navy Game, LIV Golf tournaments, the Agudath Israel Convention at MetLife Stadium, and international events including the 2025 FIFA Club Cup and the 2026 FIFA World Cup. She also supports major private-sector events such as DTECH, ITC, PowerGen, IGA, and FDIC.
